Who was the first player in MLB history to hit two grand slams in one inning?
In 1999, Fernando Tatis hit two grand slams in one inning to lead the St. Louis Caridnals to a 12-5 win over Los Angles. Tatis also set a record with 8 RBI's in an inning.
